Sparkling pale yellow in colour, with a few green accents. The bubbles are delicate, regular and persistent, with a very fine strand of foam.

The first nose is subtle and very floral, with hints of lemongrass. It gives way to a perfume of white flowers with notes of buttered brioche to finish.

Very elegant and lively with the festive fruitiness of the nose. It is pleasant and very balanced on the palate with a lovely fresh finish.

This cuvée parisienne brut 2012 vintage is ideal served with hors d’œuvres. It pairs elegantly with oysters and crustaceans and is perfect with a carpaccio of scallops.
