The pale colour of Chardonnay is accented by white and green crystalline notes. Remarkably fine bubbles and a nice persistent strand of bubbles.

Great variety of aromatic top notes. White flowers. Dominant middle notes of fruit (green apple, pear, dried apricot) and citrus (lemon, grapefruit), with hints of pastry and toast. End notes of crushed fruit (compote, marmalade, mirabelles).

PALATE :

Lightness, finesse, and balance. A crisp, lively wine without excess aggression. Ample on the palate with a long finish. Chardonnay adds complexity and balance.

PAIRINGS :

Delicate bubbles, primarily from Chardonnay grapes, characterise Demoiselle Brut EO Premium Cuvée. This extremely fine, light, and balanced champagne pairs well with ethnic cuisines, including Italian or Thai dishes.
